Instructions to authors

Total word count, including blanks, title, names, affiliations, text, figure legend and acknowledgements must not exceed 500 words. Figures are optional. Include statistics in graphs and legends.

Abstracts must be prepared on A4 format (and not Letter US), and uploaded as doc or docx files from the submission form.

 PDF is not an accepted format.

Posters must be prepared in A0 portrait format (84.1 cm width x 118.9 cm height).

Poster numbers will be communicated directly on site.

Push pins (or magnets) will be also provided
